We generally average a one to two month turn around time dependent upon the season.

Do you retain the copyright for the photos and videos?
You have the right to reproduce, publish, and use any photos or videos taken for personal use as long as you credit Griswold Media with the production.

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos and videos?
When filling out the contract, there is an option for you to either allow Griswold Media to publish and/or distribute your photos and/or video for our promotional purposes or request that we maintain your privacy. We are happy to do either one.

Do you have lighting equipment to accommodate a more dimly-lit event?
We have a camera light on our Canon XL2 and a professional lighting kit that we can be used at your request; however, the lights can be obtrusive during the event. The lighting kit, when needed, is mainly for the wedding party photos.

Do the bride and groom get to meet the videographers and/or photographer before the wedding?
Yes, absolutely! We prefer to meet with you to fill out the contract and a pre-wedding 'worksheet' so we get to know you and what you are looking for from your wedding day. The exception to this is the bronze package.

Do you book yourself for more than one wedding in a day? Weekend?
As a general rule, Griswold Media only books one event per day so that the primary videographers and photographers are on hand to give you the best quality possible.

What kind of photo albums do you offer?
We offer two different kinds of albums. The Proof Book contains 6 images per page, and has a vellum cover with a wedding photo on the front. The Designer Album is custom made with a multitude of your favorite wedding photos in a scrapbook-esque arrangement. For an additional cost each of these albums can be added to your wedding package.
